I came in feeling frustrated with my breakouts, but my esthetician really took the time to explain what was going on with my skin. She didn’t try to push a bunch of random products on me, which I appreciated. After following her advice, my skin has finally started to calm down, and I feel so much better about it.

I really wanted this to work because I’d heard plenty of good things, but it just didn’t feel as nice as I expected. The cleanser left my skin feeling tight, and the texture wasn’t quite what I was hoping for.
After a few days, I started noticing little bumps, so I figured my skin was trying to tell me something. The ingredients may be fine for some people, but for me they felt a bit too much.
For the price, I was expecting a better experience. I ended up stopping before it got any worse, so I guess this one just wasn’t meant for me.

This is a simple routine that’s easy to keep up with every day. Nothing fancy or confusing, just clear steps that make sense. Skincare shouldn’t feel like a puzzle, and I like that I don’t have to overthink it anymore

I was trying to place an order and ended up clicking around the site more than I thought I’d have to. It took me a minute to find what I was looking for, and once I got to the cart, checkout felt a little slower and clunkier than it should’ve been. Nothing was actually broken, so I did get through it, but the whole process just wasn’t super smooth. I’d probably order again, but I’d really like to see the navigation and checkout made a bit easier

I messaged them about my order and, they got back to me faster than I expected. Their answer was clear, and they even followed up, which I appreciated. The second reply did take a little longer, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall I’d say the customer service was good.

The subscription is handy and I like not having to remember to reorder, but changing my refills has been more annoying than it should be. When I reached out for help, support kind of made it feel like it was my fault for not figuring it out myself, which was frustrating.

I was nervous this would pill under my foundation, but it’s been totally fine. My makeup goes on smoothly after my routine and it doesn’t start looking weird by lunchtime. I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get a response, but the product itself has been working well for me so far.

It worked okay for me, honestly... but after using it, my skin felt kind of sensitive?? Not terrible or anything, just a little uncomfortable!!! I’m not sure if I’d keep using it regularly.

The prices seem fair for what you’re getting. Sure, a few things feel a little pricey at first, but if the products end up lasting longer than expected, isn’t that kind of worth it?

I checked back a few days later and it was still the same. The site isn’t terrible or anything, but it’s annoying when I can’t actually buy the stuff I need. Has anyone else had this issue with things being out of stock all the time?

Ordering was really easy, and it shipped quicker than I expected. Everything showed up in good shape with no issues. I’m guessing they probably have a smooth packing and shipping setup, because the whole thing felt hassle-free

I’ve been using Face Reality for around 2 months now, and my old acne marks are looking a lot lighter. Gone completely they are not, but way better than before. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. Overall, happy with it.

Not gonna lie, I really appreciate that Face Reality lays out clear steps for how to use the products and what to avoid. The education side actually helped me slow down and not overdo it, which I definitely tend to do with skincare. Some of the instructions felt like a lot in the beginning, but after reading through them a couple times, it made sense. I’m giving 4 stars because I do wish everything was a little easier to find
